Ecotec 2.0 LSJ Pontentials

Hi everyone, I Have an '07 SS/SC and I have quite a few mods on the car, most of the major cooling mods (Meth injection ect..), stage 2, bolt ons ect.... Now, i want to build a wild all WHP engine which will be reliable for everyday driving, and good as a weekend toy(ato X'ing ect..) now i dynoed my car after all these mods i have 267WHP pretty impressive! However, I was wondering if 320 - 330 WHP Is

a) Realistic
b) Achievable

Now many people say that its better and more efficient to go Turbo, but I have an LSJ 2.0 Supercharged and I'm planning on staying SC'ed. In terms of my Budget its unlimited to reach that power potential. I haven't touched my internals yet and I don't know what i should do internals wise to get maximum potential from this engine. I just need some suggestions as to how to reach this goal and more?

HI!!! Welcome to the site.

Well to be overly simplistic about it, all you need to get 320hp is an HTV1320 supercharger.

Cooling mods(hatrickstu mod, dual pass, etc.), a nice header(Vibrant, CTI, CIA, SLP) and a quality 2.5-3" catback(preferably 3"). a PROPER tune and the Harrop HTV1320 suspercharger should get you to your goal.

You should really think about pistons if you wanna play hard.

If you want much more than that it really is easier to switch to a turbo.

PS: Meth is a power adder. Not a cooling mod

Pistons arent really going to get you any worthwhile horsepower gains, but they are necessary for longevity in high horsepower engines.

Look to Wiseco or JE for pistons.

Area 47 is on a distinguished road

my ss/sc has hit over 340 whp. stock head, cams, bottom end.

supertech 78 lb springs
Ti retainers
seat locators
K&N intake
Harrop tvs 1320 with 3.1 pulley
pace setter header
custom mandrel 3 inch dp
3 inch vibrant cat back
water injection w/ my personal mix.
60lb injectors
SVT FMHE

the HUGE key to my car is the tune. if you don't have this, you won't break 300 whp.
simply put. i make magic happen with blower cars.

also. water injection IS a cooling mod.

That's a sweet setup!! I re-worked my M62 Ported Polished you name it! Custom CAI all of the cooling mods possible. I don't know weather i should add Mist for the front mount? but 340WHP is amazing for a blown car!! good job
