the m62 can be maxed out to around 18psi for short bursts with a 2.8" pulley.

and i believe to stock compressions ratio is 9.2:1 but i need to check to verify.

By "max boost" I think they mean in strock trim with the stock pulley.

Compression is 9.5:1 according to all sources I've found, but if somebody knows differently beyond a doubt, by all means leet's get that info out here, lol!

I like how you didn't include the terribly underrated crank hp numbers. They say 205 at the crank but those things put down around 215-220 at the wheels, that's got to be somewhere in the 235-250 crank hp range. Everyone seems to accept this but Honda tuners, they come on yourcobalt.com and flame us saying they have bpu 2.2 preludes hang with the SS, yeah right...

max boost is what the stock setup is. i believe max boost on a LSJ with a stock upper engine half is ~18lbs. you CANNOT max out the superchargers constant rpm over 14k with the pully to pulley ratio.... unless you'd like to see how much damage an exploded eaton m62 can do.

new on the 06 is the gen V m62.. good to 15,555 rpm redline... 18-22 psi boost... 2.5 pulley. plus a friend of mine just put down 230hp at the wheels stock w/ no mods whatsover...but there's a big difference some are getting (05's) around 205 at the wheels while the 06's seem to mostly be iin the 215 to 235 range. Im getting mine dynoed tonight hopefully keep you posted.

I never got to make it to the dyno stock, but I did take that 230hp stocker out the other night by a lenght from a 2nd gear roll, just installed the 3 inch pulley sunday, huge difference, just waiting on my injectors and maf-t to come in to get a little more out of it, next step is 2.7 pulley, header, exhaust, high flow cat... and hp tuners
