    S-10 2200 Pulleys

If I got you all of the pulleys that the 2200 on the S-10 uses could you lighten them and make them all smaller (by the same percentage, i got a system)? The S-10 has a different acc. mounts/pulleys bcuz of the frame rails among other things. Oh yea and a price estimate if you could.

If you get me the pulleys. I can easily design them, but a one off set is not cheap.

    Just a guess....ROUGH guess
Alternator $150-175, may be able to work on this since it is close to the cavalier ln2 alternator pulley.
    Crank $250-300
    Power Steering $100-150

Best bet would get some kind of group purchase together on a s-10 forum.

Personally I like designing lightweight OEM diameter pulleys, but I'll make over or under driven.......but the batch has to be all the same kind.
Either stock diameter, over driven or under driven.

Tentative prices. including a prototype set....
    5 sets: 250
    10 sets: 200
    20 sets: 150

Prices are not firm till we get you the prototype. Also, any idea on how many people you will have. I hope to have around 5-10 sets sold over at j-body.org
