All ECOTEC PCM Diagrams (Hosted & Zip Format)

Ok, I've been searching around for the PCM Diagrams for all the ECOTECs and a person who shall remain nameless has gotten the information for all of us. This is supposed to be all of the Diagrams for all the ECOTEC vehicles except the Saab 9-3 2.0T, we were unable to find that one.

They are hosted on a yahoo account and I will also attach the .zip format that has them all incase you don't feel like going back and forth between the pages.

    Enjoy!

    Alero 2.2 ECOTECs

    Sunfire/Cavalier 2.2 ECOTECs

2003 Ion 2.2 ECOTECs (this also inculdes the ECOTECs that share the same computer but with different years).

    2005+ SS/SC & Ion Redline 2.0 ECOTECs

2005 Cobalt/Ion/HHR 2.2 ECOTEC (this also includes the ECOTECs that share the same computer but with different years)

    2005+ 2.4 Solstice/Sky

    2007 2.0 Solstice GXP/Sky Redline

    Here is the Zip File

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

EDIT: I'm not sure about the Grand Ams as far as their PCMs. I'll see if I can find out theirs as well.

Could your "Source" perhaps provide these same diagrams for the T42 Trans Control Module found in current Auto trans equipped Deltas? Here's why I ask.

I have been speaking with Bill Hahn a lot lately due to some developments regarding my project, and we believe we ready to actually start bolting parts on the car. One issue however is the part-throttle clutch pack slip during shifts. We believe we can overcome the issue in the short term before PCM flash tuning from SCT becomes available. We need to locate the throttle position signal wire that leads from the ECM to the TCM, so we can modify the signal to provide a WOT shift pressure even when the throttle isn't wide open. We would connect a signal modifier to a boost sensor, and anytime the engine is under boost, it would command a WOT shift pressure. But we need the wire.

They used to do this on the cable actuated throttles with ease. But with my fly-by-wire, I'm forced to do it electrically.

i know this is thread revival...but im just poking around the tuning section for the first time...halfcents idea here is awesome. alternatively halfcent, you can get a b&m shiftplus which will increase shift pressure under part throttle to probably over what you see on a stock WOT shift.

as for the cobalts pinout, theres a C1 and C2....i have no clue what these are, and ive never even looked at my PCM before, so that probably doesnt help

    2005+ SS/SC & Ion Redline 2.0 ECOTECs is there a difference between the 2006 / 2007? and the 2008? Computer wise.

I heard that 2005/06 is a 16bit processor and the 2007 is a 32bit. I havn't heard about the 2008 yet.But very interested if im able to probram the no-lift shifting into my 2.0 or if i have to upgrade my pcm.

05 and 06 HHR L61 ECMs are different from 07 and 08 HHRs. So are the pin outs. Do you have the 07-08 HHR pin outs.....

Any ideas on wiring up an aftermarket Speedo & Tach (Autometer)? I'm guessing there should be PCM support for each? (Donor car was a 2008 2.4 Solstice / Manual) Thanks!
