Well I have some bad news. I had taken my car to the mechanic where the car lot usually take their cars and they told me it had water in the cylinder head. So no more ecotec for me now I have a 07 Chevy Malibu with the 3.5 V6. That's what they switched me with. At least I still have a GM lol Maybe after I pay off the car I'll look into getting a LNF

Dang that sucks! Is that the VVT 3500? If so there is not much you can do to them. Could get some ported intakes if you want.

Not to sure if it's the VVT or not. I know I can get an intake for it. Probably not going to do too much to it anyway.

Too bad about the Cobalt SS/SC. If I lost mine....well, it would be a dark time.

Sounds like your new Malibu has the LZ4 engine with VVT. There's still a lot you can do with those...

I know of a guy who's running the 3.9L version of your engine in a 3rd-Gen Camaro and has broken into the mid 10's in the quarter mile. Those engines love boost...

Ben is a good guy and does good work too. He is the main guy at WOT-Tech and runs the 60 degree V6 site. Bought a few things from him and love them.

Yea I'm still learning about this car, although I had a Grand Am with the 3400 before.
