    LK9 drive by wire

I have an LK9 (B207L) that is going into a RWD Celica and want to know if I can I swap in a cable operated throttle from a L61 to avoid the complication of a drive by wire throttle?

At this point I plan to use as much of the factory harness and ECM as possible.

Yes you can. You will have to drill and tap a hole for it but its a fairly easy thing to do.

When You go to the manual t/b you will have problems with using the factory ecu as it is looking for input from the pedal and feedback from the oe t/b.
Also idle control as the electric t/b moves the blade to control idle. The Saab ecu is a pain. Steve

Yeah, I may need the sender unit from a 9-3 to keep it stock.
