    tuning software for 2004 Cavalier?

I've been looking and can't seem to find much. Just checking to see if there is anything new or old programs that now support my car. I know I can get HP Tuners, but man that thing costs alot.
    What I'm wanting to do:
    Not much
Change the tune(engine seems to be weaker than other Eco's I've rode in)
Change shift points, the trans shifts too soon going up hills(that could be do to set points and a weak engine tune).
lower the max RPM shift point(there is no point in shifting at 6500 when there is no power there anyway)
    More humans=more problems
Don't worry nothing will be done until it's too late, there is money to be made.

When it comes to tuning, its pay to play. If you have someone local that has it and knows what they are doing you might be able to work something out for the cost of a license plus time which would be cheaper.
