Thanks Admiral, those links were helpful. I've heard about people using the meth kit, but I didnt really understand why and what all it does, but now I do. I just hope everything goes as planned and I get my promotion and my credit cards get payed off.

with proper tuning on the N/A set up i dont think the meth injection will be nessesary. We'll be raising the compression in our car and will not use it. The thing you need to be careful about is the high compression pistons. You may not want to go to high because of the fuel you would need to run. With 11:1 pistons and a good tune you'll probably be damn close to that on premium fuel. you start going much higher than that and you'll have to take some power out of the tuneup to get the car running good on 93 or so octane so its a catch 22. If you need a place to get pistons we sell Diamonds and can get them customs ordered for you in any compression ratio you'd like.
Its too bad you werent closer to us... we offer tuning and would love to be able to help you out. if you have any other questions about anything dont hessitate to PM me or give me a ring. Hope the info helped.

Thanks SMG, your help along with many others on this forum is what keeps me going and wanting to make a badass Cavalier. I know it can be done, just takes times, money and a good tune. I really didnt wanna have to worry about the whole meth inject kit, I just wanna upgrade the weak links and the other internal parts that need be to get me where I wanna be, hell even 190whp would make me happy. About the tuning, I searched and the closest dyno shop is like an hour away, I'm sure Nashville has one, which is only about 40 minutes away, but I'd have to find it, because I havent seen one so far. Hopefully when the time comes you guys will be able to point me in the right direction on what to buy and when I should buy it. Like I said I wanna get the head upgrade and cams done first, which I probably should go ahead and install the forged rods and pistons if I do plan on upgrading these as well. After that I'm not sure whats next, just gotta find a realiable dyno to help me with all I need.

You could get a dry sump kit, free up a little extra power. Drag cars do this to make sure the crank can turn freely

the 4-1 is better for low end and the 4-2-1 is better for the mid range to upper rpm range.

IDK Darkstars, I know our cars aren't Honda's but MANY of the Honda guys use 4-2-1 tri flow headers on their N/A builds and they are all at redlines exceeding 8k.

    I do know

to be honest a little 4 clynder itsn't gonna make much of a difference regardless, but 4-2-1 style header is gonna gonna you more low end then top end. Top end would come from a 4-1 header... If I was a honda guy I would use a 4-2-1 header.... they have no power down low so they could use some help in that department plus when your engines screaming up to 8K rpm your gonna see gains up top form uncorking the exhaust no matter what style header your running.

The original poster, 200whp is gonna be tough... I'm not making 200whp with all of the parts you're wanting and a few G more. I think you're going to need at least 12.5-13:1 compression todo it... maybe sleeves and a big displacement increase. The stock rods are crap, but not that bad if you're staying N/A. At the same time, if you got shit apart, they're only $400ish, throw 'em in.
