    Find the slave cylinder off the trans, there is a 10mm valve there. Take off clutch fluid cap too, open valve push clutch pedal down, close valve, pull clutch pedal back. Fill if needed, repeat this until it stops spitting out air. Do it a few more times w/ solid stream of fluid coming out.

    Fluid is regular dot 3/4 brake fluid

    agreed. find bleeder screw. never let the reservoir empty, pump the clutch pedal and hold it down. then open the bleeder. close it, pump pedal up again. bleed. check fluid in between so you dont run low or out. then do it til you dont get more air. the bleeder is on the top driver side front of the trans.
